Boy-Crazy Ninja
Welcome back for another look at the third pack in our first cycle of Deck-Loadable Content! In the Street Fighter DLC Pack, new Chibi fighters C. Viper and Ibuki join series veteran characters Akuma and M. Bison. In this preview, another first-time UniVersus combatant, Ibuki, takes time out of her normal boy-crazy teenage life to don her ninja gear and join the fight!
The Street Fighter Deck-Loadable Content will include four new, playable Characters, two copies of an Attack for each Character, and two copies of a Foundation for each Character for a total of 20 foil cards.
*Ibuki* is a 20-Vitality Character with a Hand Size of 7, befitting her acrobatic ninja fighting style. Ibuki features the 
, 
, and 
symbols, corresponding to her card draw and progressive difficulty manipulation abilities. *Ibuki* is an aggressive Character tailored to use card advantage to pressure opponents with long strings of attacks. Opponents must carefully choose when and how to block or else face a harsh and sudden defeat.
*Ibuki* flips in the air and skillfully flings her arsenal of kunai at her opponent in Kunai Ikkinage! This high speed, off-zone Attack is designed to work with *Ibuki*’s Character response, giving her the opportunity to filter a card from her hand regardless of her opponent’s actions. The Response [Card Pool] is very powerful, as this can be triggered after ANY of the player’s Ranged Attacks deal damage as long as Kunai Ikkinage remains in the card pool.
The culmination of *Ibuki*’s ninja training is represented in the Foundation Energy Charge! *Ibuki* has spent years training and mastering her ultimate ninja skill, the direct transfer of energy into her opponent, piercing straight through their defenses! This Foundation provides strong offensive and defensive abilities, giving players options when progressing through their turns.
The Street Fighter DLC pack releases on Friday, April 3, 2020 for the UniVersus Collectible Card Game. Pre-orders must be submitted by Thursday, March 12, 2020. You can buy them at your Friendly Local Game Store or pre-order them HERE!
