Welcome back for another look at the second pack in our first cycle of Deck-Loadable Content. In the Soul Calibur VI pack, there are new versions of the pirate Cervantes, the Soul Edge entity Inferno, the vengeance-seeking noble Raphael, and the Last Priestess of the Winds Talim.
Much like the previous pack, this Deck-Loadable Content will include four new playable characters, two copies of an attack for each character, and two copies of a foundation for each character for a total of 20 cards. And remember, all of these cards will be foil!
Last week we showed you Cervantes and his cards. Today you’ll be getting a look at Talim.

Talim is a 7 hand sized character with 19 vitality. She has the resources of ,
, and
. She can commit her character card to build all faced owns in the card pool into her staging area. If she has more face down foundations, she can grab any card from her discard pile into her momentum.
Next up we have the attack card Air Blade Thrust.

Air Blade Thrust’s Difficulty and Check are both 3. It touts a Mid zone block of +2 as well. When determining the progressive difficulty to play this attack, you get to ignore facedown cards in the card pool. You also have the ability to send this attack to momentum immediately if it deals damage.
Finally, we look at Innocent Breeze.
Innocent Breeze allows the player to play off the strategy of long card pool strings. The more cards in your card pool, the more damage it provides you. It can also flip a resolving attack to either prevent your opponent from having access to their cards for purposes of Combo, or in-pool Form abilities; or set up an easier time playing cards like Air Blade Thrust shown above.
